I have been doing something lately. I use to eat at night, when my kids went to bed I would sit and eat. I know every time I put food into my mouth right before I go to bed it is killing me. So I have made a huge effort to stop. And just this past week I have stop it all. Just making that change has already done something to me, I am sleeping better and have already lost 3 pounds. Those are just the REALLY noticeable things. I have found that I have more energy and can concentrate on things throughout my day. I am so excited.
The only thing that makes me not want to talk about this is that every time I talk about this stuff I tend to stop what I am doing and sabotage myself.
So anyway.....today I went on a walk. I have this huge desire to become a runner but can't do that 80 pounds overweight. But I did run today. I ran 2.26 minutes and can't wait to see that improve.
