Little sister wanted to go and wasn't happy at all about staying at home.
She read to them last night. How cool is it that she can read her sisters a book and they will actually sit and listen. I seems like every time I turn around there is something new they can do.
We had shrimp for dinner. Very yummy. The girls even peeled their own shrimp.....another great milestone. I told them they wouldn't be real southern girls until they could peel and eat their own. They jumped right on that. And down below is Mike peeling shrimp for their lunch the next day. We decided it would be to messy for them to peel and eat in the school cafeteria.
Look at that good dad.
The chickens are doing great just in case anyone was wondering. Still no eggs.....but very soon.

Here on Buena Vista St we too have chickens!! We have two Rhode Island reds and one black and white one, Rocky something. Albert, our son, and his fiance, Marisa gave them to me for my birthday in April and built a chicken coop. No eggs yet. I'm told it's getting too cold for them to lay, so I expect we'll get some in the spring.
