Halloween isn't fun at all to me. I don't know why. I hate getting the kids dressed up and taking them somewhere to trick or treat. It all seems like a big waste of time. I get tired just thinking of it. The only place my kids have ever trick or treated is at a nursing home. I don't think they know they are suppose to go house to house. Then there is the astronomical amount of candy I have to tell them they can't have and eventually throw away. I guess every party has a pooper.
My chickens are doing well. Still no eggs but any minute now...I can feel it.
