spent remembering not to eat or drink a "Rock Star" so I could get my blood work done. The end of next week will tell us about my cholesterol and all the other lovely things that blood work does. I am so excited to hear good or bad news I just want to know so I can make things different and see the difference. I want to put before and after pictures up and show myself what I can do. I want to be able to prove it to me.
So the next week are so will be spent with my mother and father in law. They are coming from Reno and will arrive tomorrow. I can't wait to see them.
