Got my test scores back!!

Well they are a little high but all in all it isn't that bad.

  1. Overall cholesterol is 248, it should be under 200.
  2. LDL: 186 Should be under 100
  3. HDL: 42 Should be over 39
  4. Triglycerides: 100 I don't know what this should be.
  5. And my fasting sugar was 95. This is good also.
So along with the really good blood pressure that is usually about 117/65 these numbers are not alarming and all I have to do is be more aware of not eating crap. I still should drop about 90 pounds and these numbers would probably naturally go down. And I do intend to do something about my weight.........you know what really REALLY sucks? I was planning on these numbers being terrible so I "had" to lose weight and get healthy. So what's up with this? I am UBER fat and not THAT unhealthy. What's up people?

This means that the reason for becoming fit and healthy will really have to come from within and not from a need. Something I am happy about but still sorta sucks.
